What to expect at an Invisalign Consultation?

What to expect at an Invisalign Consultation?

Invisalign Treatment is a popular alternative to traditional braces that involves using a series of clear retainers to gradually straighten your teeth over a period of time. The clear plastic retainers can be easily removed, and an added bonus is you can eat whatever you want during treatment.

If you are interested in Invisalign you can book a free consultation with our office to find out if Invisalign Treatment is right for you. Here are some things to expect when you come to your consultation appointment. Our phone number is below.

First you should come armed with whatever questions you may have for your doctor about the Invisalign Treatment as well as any information you may have about your dental history. The doctor will then evaluate your smile and discuss whether Invisalign Treatment is right for your dental needs. With this information they will then be able to discuss your teeth straightening goals and hash out what treatment programme is right for you. From there your doctor can confidently advise you on approximately how long the treatment may take.

With Invisalign treatment,  each plastic aligner is typically  worn for one week. Our treatment coordinator  will review the costs associated with Invisalign and help you determine whether your dental insurance covers the treatment. As well, your doctor will likely advise you to get a dental checkup and teeth cleaning before you start treatment to ensure your gums and teeth are in good shape to begin treatment.

We hope we have given you a good idea of what to expect when you book your free Invisalign Consultation and look forward to hearing from you for all your orthodontic needs.
